Testing Lead

Position Information:

We’re looking for a Testing Lead to join our team! Based in Denver, CO, this role requires frequent travel and hands-on expertise in electrical testing and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will be our technical expert, working directly with customers, managing projects, and ensuring quality and reliability in the field.

Position Responsibilities:

Conduct hands-on testing and troubleshooting for electrical equipment
Serve as a customer-facing technical expert
Manage projects and coordinate testing activities
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
Travel frequently to job sites as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

NETA Certification (strongly preferred)
Extensive hands-on experience testing:
Transformers (Distribution & Power)
Breakers
Ground Grids
Cables
Relays
Strong communication & problem-solving skills.
Action-oriented with project management experience.

Job Title:

Senior Accountant

Position Information:

Perform Accounting related duties at the professional level and carry out responsibilities in some /or all the following functional areas:

Position Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable Process including but not limited to:
Create invoices and distribute them to third parties based on GAAP standards
Monitor outstanding receivables for all revenue streams and follow up to receive payment timely
Accounts Payable Process including but not limited to:
Obtains approvals and support of receipt for invoices from the appropriate personnel.
Responsible for vendor setup within XERO, including obtaining W9 and validating bank verification letters, as appropriate.
Monthly financial reporting
Complete Credit Card and Bank Reconciliations
Assist CFO with duties as needed
Print annual 1099s for vendors and send copies to vendors and IRS
Complete State and City sales tax returns as needed.
Identify process problems or issues and escalate them appropriately.
Evaluate transactions and records to the GL as necessary to ensure the financials are accurate and complete.
Strong analytical skills with a proven business acumen
Develops and implements accounting procedures by analyzing current procedures and recommending changes.
Answer accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data.
Provide accounting support for mergers and acquisitions by reviewing financial information and obtaining supplementary information for preparing financial statements.
Protect the organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Accomplish accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Product Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s renewable energy product line, including transformers and related equipment, to serve as a trusted resource for customers.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and update customer contact lists, following up with existing and potential clients in the renewable energy industry to build and sustain strong relationships.
Sales Presentations: Present, promote, and sell renewable energy products and services to existing and prospective customers using persuasive and professional communication tailored to the renewable sector.
Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify prospective customers in the renewable energy industry, generate leads, and strategically convert them into sales opportunities
Sales Negotiation & Agreements: Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers, preparing and finalizing sales agreements in collaboration with internal teams, with a focus on the renewable market.
