Returns and Exchanges
This policy is applicable for 30 days. Beyond this period, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds. However, we may express interest in repurchasing the unit. Please be aware that we require proof of purchase before proceeding with a return or exchange.

To qualify for an exchange, the unit must be fully operational and undamaged, and a replacement order must be initiated. You will be responsible for associated shipping costs and the price difference if the replacement unit holds a higher value. For returns without submitting a replacement order, please refer to the section below.

To initiate a return, please contact us at The item must be unused, with all knockouts intact. Please note that, in certain cases, a restocking fee may apply, and you may also bear the responsibility for freight charges.

Damaged Units
Units displaying visible or functional defects due to mishandling during freight handled by High to Low Voltage will be processed under our C.R.E.W. warranty policy and treated as an exchange. Unfortunately, defects arising from installation or mishandling outside of High to Low Voltage custody are not eligible for a refund per our warranty policy.

Refunds (if applicable)
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will send you an acknowledgment email. Subsequently, you will be informed of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund, please check your bank account first. Should the refund not appear, contact your credit card company and bank. Refund processing may take some time. If these steps are completed and the refund is still pending, kindly reach out to us directly at
