Do you stock equipment or is everything built to order?
H2LV maintains active inventory of new and reconditionedstock for quick shipping across multiple US locations. We partner with BOTH domestic and international vendors and maintain inhouse fabrication and customization to meet project specific needs.
What are your typical lead times?
Stock/Quick Ship: 1–3 weeks (subject to testing & logistics)
Reconditioned: 2–4 weeks
New Builds: 18–20 weeks depending on kVA, voltage, and complexity
Do you offer rentals or only sales?
Yes — our Rental Division provides short-term and long-term transformer and switchgear rentals for planned outages, emergencies, and project bridging.
What are your testing and quality standards?
All equipment is tested per IEEE/ANSI standards, with certified results included. Reconditioned units undergo inspection, cleaning, painting, oil testing, and electrical performance testing before shipment.
What warranty do you provide?
New: H2LV’s standard warranty (typically 1 year from installation)
Reconditioned: 3-year limited H2LV warranty
Rental: Covered under rental terms and service agreements
Do you handle installation or field service?
We provide startup support, field testing, oil sampling, and troubleshooting through qualified partners but do not perform electrical connections or site installation directly.
Can you cross-reference part numbers or competitor models?
Yes — we can cross-reference nameplates or competitor model numbers (e.g., Maddox, Sunbelt Solomon, Federal Pacific, etc.) to offer equivalent or alternate solutions.
What voltages and ratings do you commonly support?
Do you work directly with end-users or through distribution?
We support both channels depending on geography and existing relationships — aligning with distributor networks where appropriate and directly with contractors or EPCs.
Does High to Low Voltage source equipment from international manufactures?
Yes. All internationally manufactured equipment is sourced from vetted overseas manufacturers and is delivered directly to our facilities for inspection and testing before being shipped to our customers.
